The following are commonly asked questions about Monster Jumps products and services.

Do you deliver and set up the Monster Jumps?

Yes! Monster Jumps courteous drivers will deliver and set up each Monster Jumps to the cities
of Livermore, Dublin, Pleasanton, San Ramon, Alamo and Danville and insure that it is clean and in
good working condition well before your party starts, and come back to take it down after the party is
over. Set up normally takes about 10-15 minutes, and take down is about 10-15 minutes. This service is included in your rental cost.

What kind of power is required?

Monster Jumps plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the Monster Jumps should be
no more than 50ft from that outlet. If you would like to set up a Monster Jumps at a park or place without an electrical outlet within 50ft, let us know and we can arrange to use a generator for an
additional charge.

Can Monster Jumps be rented overnight?

Yes! Monster Jumps can be rented for extended periods of time or overnight as long as it is set up
in a gated secure area. There will be an extra charge. Please call for pricing. Try our music and lights
jumps for your overnight rental.

What type of surface can Monster Jumps be placed upon?

The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, we can set up on concrete, asphalt, or bark. Please specify when ordering, which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize the proper anchors for your event.

How much room do I need to set up a Monster Jumps?

You should have an area about 15'x15' with a vertical clearance of about 15' - 22'. When you call to reserve your Monster Jumps, we will let you know the dimensions for the particular shape you will
be renting.

Are Monster Jumps safe?

Yes. Our Monster Jumps are constructed to be as safe as possible. Jumpers include a safety step and safety net that stop children from bouncing out of the jump and injuring themselves. Also, all jumpers have emergency exits on the roof in case of power failure. As with any activity involving small children, an
adult should supervise the activity. This will help to insure that the few simple rules continue to be followed and that someone is always there to assist children entering and exiting the Monster Jumps. All of our Monster Jumps are covered for weather protection (direct sun and light rain) and they
have netting on all four sides to allow for great visibility and air circulation.

Are you insured?

Yes. All of our Monster Jumps are insured. Please note: All individuals and companies that rent a Monster Jumps are required to sign a liability waiver prior to set up, contact us for a copy if needed. We CANNOT set up the Monster Jumps until the liability waiver is signed.

Is there a deposit required to reserve a Monster Jumps?

We do require a $25.00 to $100.00 deposit Visa or Master Card. If you cancel your order, this deposit
may be applied to a future booking within one year. We will collect payment in full (check or cash) the
day of your party at the time of set up.

Can I have my party at a park?

Yes. Monster Jumps are great for parks. Some cities require that you have reservations in order to have a Monster Jumps at the park. Also, most cities will require that they be named as additionally insured on our policy. There is usually no charge for this; however, we do need at least one week notice
to accomplish this. Also, check to see if electricity will be available; if not, we can arrange for a generator for an additional charge.

How do I reserve my Monster Jumps?

What if I have to cancel?

No problem. No problem. Just give us a call. We will keep you on file and your deposit will be applied to your future booking within one year.

Are you a member of Mother's Club or the Twins Mother's Club?

Just show us a copy of your club newsletter with your name on it and Monster Jumps will give you a $10.00 discount on your jump!
